Personalized Attention for What You Need
Whether you're down or anxious, unsure about a life change, or feeling stuck with things as they are, therapy can be a great place to start. Therapy is a process of growth and self-understanding. Through exploration together, we can reflect on attitudes and reactions to foster change and resilience. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get to where you want to be.
Psychological services are not covered by OHIP. Most extended healthcare plans offer some coverage for seeing a Psychologist. For a 50-minute session, the fee is $275 and payment can be made with credit cards or etransfers. Receipts can be submitted for reimbursement by your healthcare plan. Currently services are offered virtually or in-person.

I am a registered clinical and counselling psychologist, and this is my private practice. Like you, there’s more to my identity than just my work. I love to make things as a creative outlet, I also really enjoy being at home and spending time with my family and friends. I grew up in Vancouver but have lived in Ontario, Quebec, and New York more than I have lived in B.C.
I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical and Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. My doctoral research was on the contributing factors to well-being after anti-LGBT hate-crimes. I completed my clinical psychology residency at the Waterloo Regional Psychology Consortium where I worked at the University of Waterloo’s Centre for Mental Health Research and Campus Wellness. My residency also included training and therapy at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre’s Fredrick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre where I was part of Canada’s first intensive residential program for OCD.
I aim to integrate evidence-based treatments that are tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each person. I often use cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy as well as incorporating emotion focused therapy tasks to help elicit and explore important emotions that are associated with distress. It is my aim to collaborate with you and build a strong and empathic therapy relationship.
